Our classes aren’t just about dough, butter, or fancy layers. They’re about creating space — space to slow down, connect, and share what drives us: the craft, the patience, the small wins only your hands can feel.
By inviting you into our kitchen, we open up a moment to tell our story, to show you what keeps us coming back to the bench every day. It’s a chance to pass on hard, physical skills — the kind that stay with you long after the flour has settled.
In a time when making something with your own two hands feels more important than ever, these classes become more than a workshop. They become a place to build community, to share a laugh (or a mistake), to find pride in something real and maybe even a career :)

Petit Four Class
Sunday September 21st 12-3pm $275
Small bites. Big flex
Join us for hands-on class where we dive deep into the world of petit fours — those small, elegant bites that make life feel a little extra.
In this class, you’ll learn to create:
🥣 Choux (cream puffs) — master the perfect batter and shape.
🔥 Canelé — caramelized outside, custardy inside, straight from the oven.
🍰 Roll cake — soft, airy sponge, filled and rolled by you.
🥧 Pâte sucrée tart — sweet dough, baked and filled to perfection.
We’ll cover each technique step-by-step: mixing choux batter, baking canelés, assembling your roll cake, and crafting tarts from scratch. You’ll leave with the knowledge, confidence, and treats to show off at your next dinner party (or just flex on your own).
Intro to Viennoiserie
Sunday October 12th 12-3pm $375
Ready to level up your brunch game forever?
In this hands-on intro to viennoiserie, you’ll learn the magic (and muscle) behind making your own buttery, flaky dreams. We’ll cover it all — from mixing croissant dough to that satisfying final bake.
🥐 In this class, you'll learn to:
Mix croissant dough (your new flex)
Lock in and laminate butter (aka create those layers)
Shape multiple croissant styles (classic, twists, danishes)
Bake & decorate your pastries to perfection
💝 What you'll take home:
1x croissant
1x pain au chocolat
1x kouign-amann
1x danish
Extra pastries to proof & bake at home (so you can bake and showoff to your friends)
This is a hands-on class — wear comfy shoes and clothes you don’t mind flour-dusting. Bring an apron if you want to keep it cute (or just lean into the butter chaos).

sourdough bread & Baguettes Class
Sunday November 16th 12pm-3pm $275
Come spend a couple of hours in our bakery and learn how to turn flour, water, and salt into your new personality trait.
In this hands-on class, you’ll dive deep into the entire process of mixing, shaping, and baking naturally leavened loaves and baguettes — all with that wild yeast magic.
🥖 You’ll take home:
1x loaf (ready to bake at home)
3x freshly baked baguettes (flex immediately)
1x banneton (proofing basket)
1x jar of our 13-year-old starter (aka your new baby)
